This assessment examines four key areas:
- CHARACTER - Do you do what's right even when it costs you?
- CHEMISTRY - Do people feel known and valued by you?
- CREDIBILITY - Do you do what you say you'll do?
- COMPETENCE - Can you actually do what needs to be done?
The assessment takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete. You can save your progress and return later using the same browser.
