About Us
Our Story
Teams are complex. And we have been around enough of them to know that they never function well accidentally. In fact, we have found that most teams are functioning at less that 70% of their potential.
That's where we come in.

Originally from California, we have helped people understand more about themselves and their leadership in Hamburg and Atlanta, Jakarta and Dubai. The international and intercultural experiences broadened our awareness of how various perspectives create both a potential for both growth and struggle.

Currently, we live in Atlanta, Georgia, where we love to work with organizations that care about their people and want to "humanize" the workplace, so everyone is happier and healthier.
Our kids? One lives in Georgia, the other in Portugal. As a family, we love to be in nature and enjoy deep discussions and hosting gatherings - and we bring our love of honest, thought-provoking conversation to our trainings. We love a little disruption amidst a fun and very human interaction.
Meet The Team
Armandee loses time when she does art: collaging, glass fusion, painting. She loves long walks in nature and experiencing the diverse cultural perspectives that come with travel.
She has engaged in leadership development on four continents over the past 20 years, working in the field of education, counseling, corporate and nonprofit sectors, and faith communities.
With a background in counseling, Neuro-Linguistic Programing, and a Master’s Degree in Global Leadership, Armandee brings a healing presence to her coaching and leadership consulting.

Armandee helps leaders become more secure, confident, and self-aware, empowering them to fight for the highest possible good of those they lead. She co-creates equity-based systems by reclaiming agency, voice, and choice for every member of the community.
Meet The Team
Chris loves woodworking and cooking, photography and new technology. He's also a fan of thought-provoking movies and loves both dogs and cats, even though he doesn't have either.

He has been in various leadership positions in education around the world and still has a passion for helping youth discover their potential. In fact, he also developed LifeLaunch Masterclasses - a leadership development company for education.

As a coach and consultant, Chris is an ICF certified coach, trained in Intercultural Intelligence, Neuro Linguistic Programming, DEI, and a GiANT Worldwide Guide.
