We offer a variety of team workshops. They all work toward creating a unified, trusting culture that appreciates every Voice and talent.

Workshop #1
DISCOVER YOUR LEADERSHIP VOICE

 

Everyone has a leadership Voice, whether they know it or not. From the quietest to the most gregarious, we impact each other through our Voice.

 

Improve team communication by learning the behaviors and value of each of the 5 Voices: Nurturer, Creative, Guardian, Connector, and Pioneer. Gain new understanding about the communication style, strengths, and challenges of every Voice on your team, so you can function at your best.

Workshop #2
THE POWER OF YOUR LEADERSHIP VOICE

 

Celebrate the contribution your Voice brings and learn the negative impact your Voice can have on others.

 

Every Voice experiences stress and frustration that creates actions that can negatively affect those around them; we call this a weapon system. Learn how to recognize what triggers your weapon and how to build self-awareness in order to take an intentional and proactive approach in challenging situations.

Workshop #3
THE ART OF COMMUNICATION

Get the best from each person on your team by learning to leverage and trust the strengths of their Voice.

 

Learn to recognize the common ground you have with other Voices and where there is potential for conflict.

 

We will introduce the Rules of Engagement and Healthy Leadership Statements that will help you understand and unleash the potential of your team.

Workshop #4
MAXIMIZING INFLUENCE

Learn how to create team alignment and synergy by harnessing the contribution of all 5 Voices.

 

High Performing Teams have learned to optimize 5 areas: Communication, Relationship, Alignment, Execution, and Capacity.

 

You will walk through an assessment that will help you focus on the area your team needs to improve. In addition, you will learn about future and present-oriented Voices and how to learn to communicate effectively with each.

Workshop #5
IDENTIFYING ACHILLES' HEEL

Apply practical tools to avoid the five main reasons why your team will not achieve its potential:

​

  • The difference between leading in an Intentional vs Accidental manner

  • The impact of not having the contribution of each of the Voices

  • How to reduce drama and gossip

  • How to improve communication with the Provisional/Plan/Promise tool

  • The importance of Discretion and Discipline.

CULTURE CREATION

A playful, yet powerful workshop, creating face-to-face conversations about culture and leadership within any organization or team.

​

This workshop:

  • Provides conversations that name the most important values and threats to your teams’ health

  • Builds emotional intelligence and self-awareness on every level of the organization.

  • Creates practical behavior-based social norms, that improve your company culture.

  • Ensures everyone is heard and known as a human with insights into the hidden values of the team and organization.

 

By the end, you have a plan outline to begin improving the culture, with each member having had a voice in its creation.

 

In a time when "quiet quitting" is prevalent, make sure that your team feels heard and valued.

Workshop #6
OPTIMIZING TEAM PERFORMANCE

Why do some people have more influence than others?

 

Learn how to leverage the power of influence in all your relationships and understand how you may be undermining yourself without realizing it, whether it's with your friends, family, or colleagues.

 

Participants will identify how to build short term and long-term influence. We will explore how trust is built and how relationship, the key to long-term influence, can be achieved. We will also explore what gets in the way of deeper connection and influence.

INTERCULTURAL AWARENESS

Whether you have culturally diverse teams or culturally diverse clients, understanding cultural perspectives is critical to your organization's success.

​

The Intercultural Awareness Training playfully explores significant ways culture informs the way we view the world and interact with others, inspiring you to see your colleagues and clients from a new perspective, building greater trust and communication.

​

The training helps uncover hidden assumptions, creates deeper conversation, and increases opportunities for everyone to show up to work with "their whole selves".

Learn about the 6 general ways we use time, so you can become present and productive in a world where there is never enough time.

We all know that context influences how we behave, but not everyone understands the same social cues and cultural expectations.

The workshop unveils simple, yet powerful, guidance around how important each of the ways we intentionally use our time throughout the day is.

​

By the end, your team will understand how to shift into the right mode at the right time to connect better with others.

TOOLKIT SESSIONS

We have a lot of excellent, visual tools that can quickly and powerfully impact your team.

Based on our initial conversation, we will bring a training on a couple of tools that will begin to transform your teams.

​

These sessions are great for a training during a working lunch or in combination with other workshops.
